Carolyn Healings

I am Carolyn Healings, an unapologetic self defined hype woman and your empowered Spiritual Self Guide! I stepped into my true calling of spiritual mentorship in 2019 after quitting my non-profit job two years prior. I had embarked on a deep dark night of the soul and spiritual awakening in 2016 after quitting the corporate lifestyle. As I was emerging from my first awakening, I witnessed in myself, how the knowledge of spirituality and being in connection with your higher senses came so naturally to me. One of my gifts is being able to see people for their true light and their unique gifts.

I believe that the spiritual “industry” has often worked in a shadow aspect… I am here to remind people that their unique connection to the divine is theirs to discover, that there is no “right” or “wrong” way to be spiritual, you can listen to whatever music and dance whatever way you want and still be connected to your version of the divine.

Breathwork was a catalyst in my own spiritual journey, as the first time I received a breathwork session I felt like I was high on my own supply and I literally had a conversation with God. I knew I needed to learn how to facilitate this powerful modality to help as many people who desire to be divinely connected.

Embodiment has also been huge for my spiritual journey. I believe I am a spirit in a human experience, and one of the main aspects of that experience is being in a human body. I endured chronic pain for over 10 years and was completely disconnected from my body. As I stepped into more embodiment work I became more connected to my spirit, my purpose, and unconditional love & trust for myself.

I absolutely LOVE working with people who are ready to tap into their true essence and who are here to make an impact. The humans who are ready to embody and shine their divinity wherever they are. I am weird, goofy, and love bringing that divine truth out of people.
